I Know How It Feels to Want to Feel Like Yourself Again
Maybe you are doing your best to live well, yet something still feels off.
You might be navigating bloating, painful periods, fatigue, anxiety, poor sleep or the quiet overwhelm that can come with motherhood. You have likely tried different approaches, changed your diet or searched for answers, but still feel unsure what your body truly needs.
It can be frustrating to feel disconnected from yourself, especially when you sense that balance is possible.
This is where I begin with you.
WHY I DO THIS WORK
For most of my life, people have naturally shared their stories with me. Their struggles, their questions, their deeply personal experiences. I realised early on that I had a capacity to listen without judgement and hold space with steadiness.
When I became a mother, Ayurveda shifted from something I studied to something I lived. During postpartum, I experienced significant physical and emotional symptoms that left me feeling overwhelmed and depleted. Integrating Ayurvedic principles into my daily life changed everything. My health stabilised. My nervous system softened. Life felt simpler and more manageable.
That experience deepened my commitment to this work. I understood firsthand how powerful simple, rhythm based living can be. This is why I am passionate about guiding women and mothers who feel disconnected from balance back to clarity and steadiness.
You deserve to feel calm and capable in your own body.
WHAT MAKES THIS APPROACH DIFFERENT TO OTHERS
Integrated Care
I combine Ayurveda and formal counselling in one space. This means we explore both physical symptoms and emotional patterns together, so nothing feels fragmented or overlooked.
Personalised Constitutional Analysis
Your body is unique. Through detailed assessment of your natural constitution and current imbalances, your wellness plan is tailored specifically to you, not based on trends or generic advice.
Simple and Sustainable Guidance
Recommendations are practical and achievable. We focus on food, daily rhythm and lifestyle adjustments before relying on anything complex or expensive.
Motherhood Informed Support
As a mother myself, I understand the realities of postpartum recovery, hormonal shifts and caring for children while trying to care for yourself. My guidance reflects real life, not unrealistic expectations.
Education and Empowerment
My goal is not to create dependency. I teach you how to understand your patterns so you can regulate and recalibrate independently over time.
“Integrating Ayurveda changed the way I live, it made life simple and easy to feel well, and I just want others to have this experience. “
