Cancellation & Refund Policy

We value your business and ask that you respect our business scheduling policies.  We appreciate and understand that circumstances arise where clients may need to change or cancel their appointments.  Please let us know if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  

Cancellation Policy

All payments are non-refundable. Clients may reschedule appointments if notice is provided at least 24hours before the scheduled appointment. In this case, you may reschedule your appointment to a suitable date within six months of the original session date. 

Cancellations made within 24hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% fee to reschedule.

The cancellation fee covers administrative costs, pre-allocated practitioner time, and lost opportunity to accommodate other clients. The cancellation fee will be deducted from the rescheduled session payment. 

Exceptions:

In case of emergencies, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered. Clients are encouraged to communicate any exceptional circumstances directly with us for review and possible resolution.  Please contact us by email hello@vedaroad.com.au. 

Cancellation Process

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us via email or phone as soon as possible. 

Refund Policy:

If we cancel a session, the client can reschedule, or a full refund will be provided.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon. 

Communication

Acknowledgement:

Clients are responsible for reviewing and acknowledging the cancellation and refund policy before booking a session.

Fair and Reasonable:

We believe that the 24hour notice period provides a fair and reasonable opportunity for us to fill the cancelled appointment slot.

By enforcing this cancellation and refund policy, we aim to ensure fairness to both our clients and our practitioners.

We understand that emergencies and exceptional circumstances may occur, and we will assess such cases on an individual basis.

Policy Updates:

We reserve the right to modify or update this cancellation and refund policy at any time without prior notice.

It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
